Deck: Burnt Alive- Saheeli, Sublime Artificer//Battle Hymn

    Category: Budget

    Decklist: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/burnt-alive-2/?cb=1558833794

Deck Tech: This deck aims to race past your opponent in both card advantage, selection, and raw mana. We spend the first few turns using draw power to setup saheeli. Once we have established our commander is in play, we can begin to storm off with ritual effects, each one generating a servo, generating mana, and allowing us to make more with the use of battle hymn. From here we can then use cantrips in red to continue to push the chain, netting more creatures and more mana with a second casting of hymn. Should we hit empty the warrens we go into the absolute redzone. Our key pieces to winning are primarily Banefire, Burn at the Stake, and Grapeshot. While we can just win through sheer number of 1/1 creatures, it is easier to just end their misery. It is extremely budget oriented and as I try with most of the decks which will appear in our articles, have pieces within that can be traded or easily slotted into other ideas should you decide to not run the deck anymore. Best of wishes and I look forward to seeing you play!

I would like to periodically write for your site. We spoke via reddit mail and was requested to make an account. I have an excellent knowledge of rules interactions as well as a long history of both collecting and playing Magic. I like reviewing and explaining decks, and also like arguing the merits for or against a card being banned. I hope yo hear from you and thank you for your sincere consideration.
